What do I need to rent a car?
To rent a car or scooter, you must be over 21 years old and have held your driving licence for at least 2 years. You must also present your ID card or passport and a European or international driving licence.
Minimum age to rent a car
The minimum age is 21, with at least 2 years of driving licence seniority.
Can I leave the car at the airport?
It is not possible to leave the car at the airport, but we offer a transfer service from our office to the airport.
How do I book on the website?
First, select the dates and the pickup point so we can coordinate the transfer to our office, where the contract is signed and the vehicle is delivered. Then choose the type of vehicle and pay by credit card. After payment, you will receive an email to complete the registration with the driver’s licence and identity document details.
What types of insurance are available? What do basic and premium cover?
We offer basic insurance, which requires a deposit at the office, refundable if there is no damage to the vehicle. There is also premium insurance (except for scooters), whose price varies depending on the vehicle. It covers all damage except lost keys and negligence, and requires a small deposit of €150.
Can I take the car to Formentera?
It is not allowed to take the vehicle to Formentera.
Do the vehicles include mobile phone support?
All vehicles have a socket to charge your phone and can be connected via Bluetooth.
I do not have an international driving licence. Is that a problem?
Yes, it is necessary to have an international driving licence.
Can we leave the car near our hotel?
It is only possible to leave the car near the hotel if premium insurance is taken out, and only when the accommodation is located in the Figueretas or Playa d’en Bossa area, coordinating it in advance with our staff.
I have a disability certificate. Can I park in disabled spaces when travelling abroad?
You may do so if you have the European Disabled Parking Card issued in Spain and requested in advance. If you do not have it, you will not be able to use those special parking spaces.
If I choose a car with basic insurance and then want to upgrade to premium, is it possible?
Yes, you can switch to premium insurance at the office before the vehicle is delivered.
What payment methods are available?
To complete the booking on the website, you can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Once at the office, you may leave the deposit in cash or by credit or debit card.
