What do I need to rent a car?
To rent a car or motorbike, you must be over 21 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years. You must also present your ID card and a European or international driving licence.
Minimum age for renting a car
The minimum age is 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Can I leave my car at the airport?
It is not possible to leave your car at the airport, but we offer a transport service from our office to the airport.
How do I make a reservation online?
First, select the dates and pick-up point to arrange transport to our office, where you will sign the contract and collect the vehicle. Then choose the type of vehicle and pay by credit card. After payment, you will receive an email to complete the registration with the driver’s licence and ID details.
What types of insurance are available? What does basic and premium insurance cover?
We offer basic insurance, which requires a deposit to be left at the office, refundable if there is no damage to the vehicle.
There is also premium insurance (except for motorcycles), the price of which varies depending on the vehicle. This covers all damage except for lost keys and negligence, and requires a small deposit of €150.Disponemos de un seguro básico, que requiere dejar un depósito en oficina, reembolsable si no hay daños al vehículo.

Can I take my car to Formentera?
It is not allowed to bring vehicles to Formentera.
Do the hotels include mobile phone support?
All vehicles have a phone charging socket and can be connected via Bluetooth.
I don't have an international driving licence. Is that a problem?
Yes, you need to have an international driving licence.
Can we leave the car near our hotel?
You can only leave the car near the hotel if you take out premium insurance, and provided that the accommodation is located in the Figueretas or Playa d’en Bossa area, coordinating in advance with our staff.
I am a certified invalid person. Can I park in disabled parking spaces when travelling abroad?
Yes, if you have a European Parking Card for People with Disabilities issued in Spain and requested in advance. If you do not have one, you will not be able to use these special parking spaces.
If I choose a car with basic insurance and then want to switch to premium insurance, is that possible?
Yes, you can switch to premium insurance at the office before the vehicle is delivered.
What payment methods are available?
To make a reservation online, you can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Once at the office, you can leave the deposit in cash or by credit card or debit card.
